1.  Argue

Get a kick out of tapping – argue!  Tap giving voice to the reasons for staying stuck and the reasons for changing.  Tap why you should do something and why you shouldn’t.  Your reasons for hating something and your reasons for loving it.

This is a way to give both parts of you a voice.  It can help resolve inner resistance.  Making a decision can be much easier.  It can bring clarity where before you just felt confusion..

2.  Simply Tap

Stimulating the meridians by tapping has several benefits.  It energizes your body, balances out excess emotion and helps clarify thinking. In addition, tapping helps resolve any current issues, either conscious or unconscious. 

Whenever it occurs to you, tap.  No set-up needed, no words needed, just tapping.  How could there be a more pain-free way to help clear your issues?

3.  Refuse!

Inside each of us is a bratty little kid.  Let her be heard!  He wants you to listen!  Do EFT tapping while refusing to change. 

Say things like this:  I refuse to change.  You won’t make me.  I will not do it.  I don’t have to do it.  Who do you think you are, anyway?  It’s not gonna happen.  Quit telling me what to do.

Try tapping and refusing.  You might be amazed at how much better you feel.

4.  Tap Your Appreciation

Appreciation tapping can improve your vibe, help the law of attraction work more in your favor and make your life happier.  You can tap your appreciation for anything:  the world, your home, your work, your family, someone special, your car, your left foot – anything!  It’s the improvement in your vibe that matters, not the object of your appreciation.

5.  Future Tapping

You can influence your future by imagining things you would like to happen.  Do this by starting tapping phrases with “I’m looking forward to…”  Finish the statement with things you know will happen, expect to happen and things you hope will happen. 

Make this tapping technique a habit and you will generally experience more joy, have a more positive vibe which will improve your law of attraction and increase abundance in every area of your life.
